We have teamed up with Pearson Wagyu that locally raise Wagyu Cattle to produce this incredible hormone-free/antibiotic-free Beef Tallow. Sourcing from Pearson's where they avoid feedlot or conventional feeding programs that use antibiotics as an appetite enhancer for cattle was extremely important in our search for suet, (the raw product where hormones and antibiotics concentrate). We smoke and filter to produce an incredible natural product to replace your oils and elevate your flavours.
