Finding Inspiration in Every Fire

From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about food and culinary exploration. Among all the culinary arts I've experienced, BBQ has always held a special place in my heart. The entire process captivates me—from managing live fire and hot coals to presenting the final, flavourful creation. Upon turning 50, I decided to pursue my passion for what I truly love.

I have been fortunate to travel across North America, tasting exceptional BBQ and learning from talented individuals along the way. My mission is to apply this knowledge, continually refine my craft, and bring the finest BBQ to the Windsor-Essex community.

At Sammy's, we prioritize our business and YOUR FOOD with utmost seriousness, adhering to the highest safety standards without compromise.

Sam, our lead pitmaster, holds the industry-standard Food Handler Certification for Ontario from the Canadian Institute of Food Safety.

Our kitchen is fully certified and regularly inspected by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, ensuring it’s far from your typical backyard BBQ.
